Who would you want at D coordinator if this scenario played out over the next couple of days....

Jerry Jones offers Wade a one yr ext. Wade refuses to sign it because he feels he deserves a 3 yr contract......Jerry fires Wade and promotes Garrett his O coordinator to HC.

We now have the choice of Wade or Nolan.......

I say get Wade, what do you think?
 
Other than Rex Ryan, Nolan is the only must have guy in the business.
 
Hopefully after tomorrow or sometime soon we won't have any more "what if" threads for coaching possibilities!
 
Wade isn't going anywhere and we need to rebuild this D now. Nolan is a no nonsense guy that will bring some intensity to this squad. I don't see how Crowder will fit in with him. I think this would be a great move! I'd then let Nolan bring in some of his own coaches especially for LB. I'm not sold on Bowles in any capacity as I didn't thin our secondary played that great all year. Is that Bowles fault or PP's system - not sure. But, I didn't see major improvement there to give him a free pass. I'd give Nolan the keys to the D and let him have at it. Of course that won't happen though as BP will oversee everything I am sure.
 
The only guy that isn't currently an NFL head coach that I would want more than Nolan is Leslie Frazier. And that's not happening.
