Who would you give up... for Bowe?

Why only list those 2 players? Those are 2 of our youngest players with the most potential, who haven't shown it all yet and will probably improve...

to answer your weird question, I would trade vontae straight up for Bowe in a heartbeat at this point in their careers, but I think when vontae learns more about NFL coverage etc he will improve and become just as valuable.

Those are ridiculous choices. I could see more of a 3rd rounder and Matt Roth for Bowe. Although I would rather stock draft picks the way this regime scouts college players. I dont see any trade happening for us but if one does it would be that. And honestly, I would be okay with that trade.

neither, that woudl be crazy... frankly I am not that sold on Bowe to trade that much for him...

Nether, although if I had to give up one it would no doubt be Davis. But I see pro bowl potential in both Smith and Davis so I would be shocked if either is moved.

What's the obsession with Bowe? He's slightly an upgrade over what we got now.

Well, let's see:

Bowe: 2307 yards and 15 TDs in less than 2.5 seasons.

Ginn: 1405 yards and 5 TDs in the same time period.

Hmmm... 64% more receiving yards and 3 times more TD's. And you call that a slight upgrade? On top of that he's a go to guy, which Ginn is not. Bowe is like a dog that you can count on to come over and hang out with you, Ginn is like a cat that will come over and surprise you every so often, say hello, rub up against your leg and meow. When Ginn contributes it seems like a nice bonus, not something that you can rely upon. Verdict- Bowe, hands down.

Bowe is very, very good. And a physical presence at the position as well.

I'd give up Ginn and Roth to get Bowe, and I'd be sorrier to see Roth go than Ginn. Bowe wants to come home, doesn't get along with HC Todd Haley, and Ginn could use a change of scenery imo. The whole Roth situation seems to be a convoluted mess, but I like the guy and the run stuffing and toughness that he brings to the table. This trade would work for me.

If it's an "either-or" proposition, I'd prefer to choose between Gabril Wilson and Jason Allen thanks
