And what in exchange for? I want Phillips, Douglas, Judon and NWI gone.

I hope the 9ers take NWI, Phillips and a 7th for their 3rd and I hope someone takes Douglas and Judon and net a 5th and a 6th, respectively.

I would trade anyone that I could. Pending free agents and older or expensive players would be going for anything that I can get for them. The other players are going to have to be fair value. I probably keep Paul unless I'm BLOWN away, like Tunsil blown away

It’s a terrible roster and they are in roster hell from historical mismanagement. The only guys here now who may still be a core player by the time we can compete are Paul and if you squint Achane. Try to get value for anything you can. Also, I’d be looking at ‘27 picks especially because it’s a fait accompli that ‘26 will be dismal due to the idiocy of the front office.

Again, how many times have you seen losing teams recover in 1 to 2 years because the right GM and coach were hired

Have you not seen the NFL the last 15 years or so?
 
You trade guys you don’t want next year, or have contracts that should be gone in a year or two - all dependent on value.

Minkah probably has value. Chubb has a few sacks and a contract that should be gone. Phillips is on a fifth year option - won’t get much.

How many years does Brewer have on his contract? He may have value, but I would rather have a competent center.

I would not sell for the sake of selling. Say Patrick Paul. We hit on a LT in the second round. Why even take a first for him, when it would get spent on another LT?

I would say something similar about Waddle.

But I have to admit, there aren’t many “you better pay up” players on the roster. I could add Achane, but he’s close to his second contract and a RB.
