Who'll make the cuts, Wanny or Rick?

I was wondering since Rick has the fianl say on who we draft and who we get in free agency, is he gonna tell Wanny who to cut too when they do the 53 man roster or will Wanny be able to keep the players he wants to keep? Anybody?

Im sure wanny will have his say but he can't do anything because he had that power cut from him after 2003

The power is all Spielman's but I'm sure that Wanny will give his input on who should be cut after camp.

No GM in the league has that power over the coach.

This is gonna be very intersting. If Rick makes the final cuts and we don't win then Wanny will sayd that we lost cos they weren't his players. Then again these have been his players and he hasn't won yet...lol

after watching the "hard knocks" episodes on nfl channel about the ravens, all the coaches and gen manager were in the same room determining the final roster, with bellick having final say. just guessing but the fins are probably very similar.
