Who's even available at corner anymore??

With Phillip Buchanon and McFadden off the market, who is even out there at CB? I think we would have been set with a starting caliber corner in FA and drafting a rookie in the first day of the draft. But now I'm not so sure. I have much faith in the trifecta, but we do face the TOUGHEST schedule in the league this year. Our db's got wrecked by teams with good receivers, but did not consistantly face teams with them due to our weak schedule. I have no problem drafting a rook and giving him playing time, but would it be wise to throw a new guy out into the fire to face the Steve Smith's, TO's, Andre Johnson's??
 
I guess they believe Jason Allen will cover Moss and T.O.This isnt looking good,maybe a rookie in the draft but with this schudule next year i am not impressed with the free agencyperiod thus far.Maybe we drafta corner highin draft and sign a veteran to help out(PatrickSurtain maybe or Dry Bly)
 
One name left worth picking up in the free agent market: Leigh Bodden

If we don't pick him up, I expect to pick up a top cornerback with our first pick and probably another name or two in the later rounds.
 
i like jason allen, but he got lit up by moss and the same will happen with TO. we need to sign a fa cb AND draft one.
 
leight bodden, pat surtain, deltha oneal we are totaly F'ed god i hope parcells gets off his throne and gets bodden. man the list of wr's we play next year is scary.
 
well the secondary is still better than last years with the addition of wilson. people blame with corners for last year's terrible showing. renaldo hill was the worst player on the defense last year. i am so glad he is gone.
 
Possible FA: Leigh Bodden, Chris Johnson (Oakland), Chris Mcallister (who i think would be a great fit), Deltha O'neal, maybe Surtain, although i dont know how much surtain has left.

dont forget we are still re-building. we need to get younger. not older.

Chris Johnson resigned with Oakland a long time ago. i wish he were still available.
 
I'd be happy with either Bodden or McCallister. Bodden is in his prime, and I think McCallister has a few good years left in him.
