Philbik and Coyle need to be gone tomorrow. We need to bring in a coach and DC who have identities and don't f*** around. We can't be such a soft team in this division. Our defense has talent but Coyle is literally ill. He's made Suh nonexistent. He hasn't been good at all. Philbik should of been fired last year, can't wait till end of year to can his a$$. Find a coach now and give him a shot. If he doesn't work out then u got options this offseason. I'm tired of this **** every year. Fire their asses tomorrow and make a statement. We need a coach who is motivated and doesn't look like a ***** during the game which then carries over to the team. So who's out there???

There are plenty of guys who could improve the team, we just dont know all their names. I personally hope Tannebaum has no say in who is the next coach. I still say have a hiring committee. Bring in Shula, Marty Shotttenheimer, If Jay Gruden and Bill Cowher dont want to coach have them help make your decision. Hell Hire Bill Cowher to be President of Operations , just do something. Just dont bring in a guy with so much ego like Parcells or Johnson to do it.

Of course he doesn't deserve it, but if your firing the DC and head coach, Duffner is a guy who actually has experience being head coach at Holy Cross and Maryland.
Season is lost you just a need a guy who can keep up appearances until 2016.

If Peyton Manning ends up retiring, sweep him up quickly... QBs coach, and working towards offensive coordinator!!!
