Okay, it seems evident that Saban will clean house during the offseason. Who do you all think he will DEFINITELY, WITHOUT A DOUBT sweep out the door, or trade? I'd say Reggie Howard, Junior Seau, Sage Rosenfels, Ricky Williams, David Boston, and possibly Sam Madison

Both Ricky and Sam stay... they still have value to the team. Sam will improve next season with the aquasition of another "True" #1 corner... the rest I agree with... holliday and mare may go in favor of youth too...

Please don't keep Madison, his time has come and gone. He can't tackle, hardly never gets an int and makes stupid penalties. Get rid of him, howard for sure.

I don't see us releasing Ricky at league minimum (or there about) and keeping Travis Minor. I believe we will keep all three

I believe you are on the mark with Reggie Howard, Junior Seau, Sage Rosenfels, David Boston, and Sam Madison. IMO, Sage will not be re-signed. Seau will retire as Charger, Boston could be traded, as could Madison

Hate to say your wrong. But your wrong.

I really don't see Ricky going anywhere. Because of his past we get no value for him. He is a great runningback. He takes the load of Ronnie increasing his career length. Not to mention he is here for CHEAP.

Madison may go, if we get the right value for him, or he is included in a trade. But I don't see us jumping gun without fair value, our secondary is weak enough.

Like everyone else I'd love to see Howard gone, but he might be our best bet at dimeback next year, and he has a big cap hit on him. Might be cheaper to keep him.

David Boston is still a toss up, as long as he is cheap I see no reason to get rid of him. He is struggling with injury this year, he still may return to good form. Doubtful he gets back to pro-bowl form, but he could be a GREAT 3rd or 4th receiver.

Seau only goes if he retires. The guy has talent, heart, and knowledge. All things we need if we are going to get younger. He is a great leader and role model. But should he stay and demand big money that is a different game, but that does not match his personality.

Rosenfels is probably gone, not Saban's type of QB. But I think he has earned a 3rd QB role, he may stick around. Personally I'd rather see Frerotte take a pay cut, drop to 3rd, us pick a rookie in the draft, and go after a Kitna/Carr kind of guy.

Boston could be traded,

Boston signed a 1 yr. deal. We aren't going to re-sign him and trade him. He will be released or sign another incentive laiden 1 yr deal.

Sam Madison
Reggie Howard
Junior Seau: retirement
Eddie Moore: bye bye
Jeff Zgonia(ska-knee-na)

I think Sam is gone. I will sorta hate to see it since he is/was one of my favs over the years, but his production has fallen to much and he doesnt seem to fit what THE BOSS wants.
Seau is for sure gone. He is hurt to much now. Every year. You cant help if u cant play. We can get the leadership thing from ZACK.
Howard will depend on his cap situation. If its affordable, hes gone.

I think Boston is a goner to, since he is hurt to much. Go on and get youth now. Let them grow together. Would have liked to have seen Boston work out though. To much talent.
Ricky.......Thats the one I cant figure out what I think Saban will do. It makes since to keep him if we can afford him since he will be getting a new contract soon. It also makes since to trade him if we can get enough for him. There are to many holes to fill to be that deep somewhere else. (?)
Sage is gone. He looked AWFUL. Unless SABAN sees something we dont.
I do think CARTER and maybe Holliday stay. They seem to fit Sabans style, at least for another year. I hope Trailor stays too.

What really has me stumped is if Zack is here or not. He fits Sabans style of play, but not his SIZE preferences. He also is getting hurt every year now too. I would hate to see him go but..............is it time?

I can see Madison and Howard gone next year but not Ricky Williams

Going over the roster:

Sage Rosenfels
Reggie Howard - GOOD RIDDANCE
Sam Madison - OLD
Junior Seau - RETIRE (join our coaching staff please? :D )
Stockar McDougle
Keith Traylor - possibly RETIRE but i'd like him to stay

Boston will not make it to training camp. He is as good as gone already. I believe if Saban can get a more physical CB, Madison WILL be asked to restructure to a rediculous amount which will force him to leave.

I think Howard is only around due to the cap hit, and I don't know what the ramifications will be next year if he's released. Sage will be back at his 3rd string rotation carrying the clipboard and watching a draftee get more reps than him.

Ricky may still be here, but if he pours it on in the last couple of games, we may get some offers that we can't refuse. We have too many needs!

If Ricky stays, I don't see us keeping Minor. WIth morris as a more than adequate RB behind Ricky and Ronnie, Minor will be shown the door.

Eddie Moore I would classify in the same situation as Boston.

I wonder if we see some additional coaches come in to address the lack of tackling skills that this team seems to be missing? Maybe a different receiver's coach because the one we have is not getting it done.
