is it clemons or jones? sorry if this has already been answered

All the depth charts I've seen have Clemons as our starting FS, including the team's official site.

I sAy its jones. Clemons been held out of practice so far..if he practices tomorrow then good chance he starts...I'm fine with either.

I think I've read that Jones is the starter now. Clemmons sat out the last two practices because of a leg injury he got during the Dallas game. Jones has been taking any reps he would've gotten, I'd imagine, and since it was the only "true competition" I'd think that Jones might've gotten the upper hand.

"Safety Chris Clemons sat out Sunday's practice with an undisclosed injury, increasing the possibility of Reshad Jones starting against the Patriots in the season opener."

"It appears Jones will begin the season as the starting free safety, and he’ll be given an opportunity to prove he’s a playmaker, which is his reputation from college, while Clemons recovers from an undisclosed leg injury. Vontae Davis and Sean Smith should take the next step as NFL starters since this is their third season. Also, the year Benny Sapp has under his belt has helped him become more comfortable. "

What's funny Blue?

From the Miami Herald....
"### The Dolphins’ depth chart released Tuesday lists Brian Hartline as the starting receiver opposite Marshall (with Davone Bess on the second team), Rosario as the No. 2 tight end, and Chris Clemons as the first-team free safety. But Reshad Jones has been with the first team this week because of Clemons’ leg injury."

Brady likes to test new starters so let's hope Reshad can step up and get his hands on some passes and humble him a little bit like Vontae did.

I seem to recall hearing that CLEMMONS's injury was a mild hamstring pull. Mild or not, those injuries must be watched carefully. It might be a good idea to have him sit and back-up this week.

It shoul be Clemons if Jones keeps screwing up Monay every one is going to want Clemons back in.
