I am a Ricky supporter and i have to ask why all the hate for Ricky???

Those of you that are hating on Ricky are judging him by his life outside the NFL...

Regardless of whether or not he failed another drug test, he came in and played football when we needed him....he could've been an *** and not gave full effort, but he came in and showed he truly wanted to play (even if it was for only one year)....He bailed out on us right before Training Camp last year....this year is different...We haven't even begun the offseason...

& even if Ricky did fail a drug test, we wont be missing out on anything because we have Ronnie Brown, we are secured going into next season....So i don't understand why everyone is making a big deal of this...

So it's times like these that we should be supporting Ricky, not bashing him!

How bout just not acknowledging he exists!!! When in uniform he was great....he has other "life intrests" so cya Ricky..

Ricky screwed us two years ago. He only came back last season becuase he didnt want to pay us all the money back. I think he failed this test on purpose. Now he can just leave football and not owe us the $$$. His heart aint in football. I loved him in college and when we frist traded for him, but he turned his back on us. He just screwed us again. We could have got a great pick outta of trading for him, no we dont get jack. Screwed us. Im sorry but it all comes back last summer when he returned and he was asked why return, he said " why, why, I don't know why..." His heart aint here.Im sorry but I dont want a guy on our team that isn't thinking of his team at all

Geeee....I wonder why people are hating on Ricky. Couldnt have anything to do with failing a drug test could it? Naaaa, people just felt like filling page 1 and 2 with lone Ricky threads for nothing.

PLAYED FOOTBALL WHEN WE NEEDED HIM!? You must be talking about another Ricky Williams, because last time i checked he bailed on us right before the season and now doesn't show up for a test. For all you Ricky supporters I hope you burn in he** just like I hope he does as well. He does not belong on this team or any team I burnt my jersey in the parking lot of Joe Robbie 2 years ago and I ask that all follow suit this year.

I'm a Ricky supporter too, I'm also a Minor supporter, a Welker suporter, a Dom Capers supporter, etc, etc.

I firmly believe in supporting everything that's Dolphin related, I also believe there must be some kind of mistake with this whole thing and I hope Ricky doesn't get suspended cause he's an important part of the Dolphins organization.

good day

My personal opinion is he is long time proven loser. I however have no hate for him. He, his family and his children have my sympathy. I hope they all can find some peace with the crap Wicky has brought to their lives.

So much for innocent until proven guilty.

You would have to ignore his past. Drug addicts rarely change this quickly.

Are you kidding me? He didn't even give his full effort the year before he walked out on us. Then quits comes back only for the $$$ and we are supposed to applaud him for giving his full effort. Being a true pro is giving your full effort no matter if you are banged up or having a bad day, etc.. Guys like JT, Zach and others should be insulted when a guy comes in just to collect a check and doesn't give his all to the cause.

that was by far and away the worst post i have ever seen in my life. Not to be mean, but what the hell are you talking about? he has absolutley destroyed our franchise and you want to know why all the ricky hating. give me a break

When did the NFL become a prison or a rehab clinic? Its the offseason, yes I understand that he is sanctioned to take a billion tests in a month but give me a break. What he does on his time is his business not ours. I have never smoked pot in my life but from what other people say it is not as deadly as cigerettes and far less addicting. It is not like he is shooting up herion into his veins or snorting coke at some club in south beach. Most likely it is a vitamin that he took or something that is causing this but if it is legal the NFL really can't do jack **** about it.

The NFL isn't the cops so get off his ***. He did his time and passed every test he had during the season. I doubt he is that stupid to just start up again knowing he would be tested all offseason.

If I could play in the NFL with all the glitz and glamor of it I dont' know if I would want to when you can't be your own damn person. I understand that the nfl is a drug free work place so to speak like most employers but come on. We have players beating the **** out of women and do they get courses in anger management? NOPE least not that I heard of. They hardly ever get suspended ala McMike. I love McMike but you are telling me it is ok to beat the **** out of your wife, charges or not and you don't get any suspension for that but you suspend someone for smoking one of the most least addicting things americas drug market has to offer. I guess thats why some broadcasters call it the no fun league.

Maybe the change the name to the NBTSOOYWFL, the national beat the **** out of your wife league since that in condoned and acceptable behavior

I have no oppinion. It kind of dissapoints me, but i certainly dont hate the guy let alone dislike him.

Its kinda tricky because altho i believe the rule is stupid to begin with, Ricky needs to understand that he has to stay within the regulations regardless.

Hate

I respect all of you saying you don't hate him and feel bad for his family, but I dont I do hate him, and I seriously would laugh if he got hit by a car tom.
