why are the fins picking up Z. Thomas from the airport?

Or they could be possibly bringing him on as a coach type.

Maybe the way they brought Terry Glen in, or maybe even something more...
 
As soon as I saw he got waived last night on ESPN, I knew he will be coming here for his final year!
 
Thomas is among the released, but that doesn't mean he's done in the NFL


Veteran linebacker Zach Thomas was among the Chiefs' roster cuts Saturday, but his agent said in a Twitter post that Thomas has no intention of retiring after 13 NFL seasons.
Drew Rosenhaus represents the seven-time Pro Bowler, and he posted this Saturday night:
"Although he was released by the Chiefs today, Zach Thomas definitely wants to continue his career and would like to catch on with a new team."
Thomas' health was a concern during his now-brief time with the Chiefs. He was designated as a potential locker-room leader during offseason practice, but he missed all but five days of training camp with an undisclosed injury.

He needs to be in Miami in some sort of capacity. Time to dust off the Z. Thomas jersey, lol.
 
I would love to see Zach finish with the Fins. Problem is that he has always been a MLB, not an ILB. Can he play in a 3-4 D? Either way, he's gotta be better than Torbor.
 
That would be great. JT & ZT reuniting on a new & improved defense featuring a pair of stud CBs for the first time in a long time! Throw Joey Porter into the mix, Cam Wake, our new safety Gibril and our defense looks really good....on paper.

Who hear thinks we draft a NT next year? :lol:
 
Bring in Zack and David Tyree for a day and let them retire as Dolphins.
