why are we worrying about who our next coach is?

We will get the best head coach on the market. Huizenga has an incredible amount of money and can get the best head coach available. What worries me is getting a good general manager! We need to get more talented on both sides of the ball. Right now there are just too many holes to fill.

Recent news indicates Mueller is likely going to stay our GM, and he's got a pretty good track record. I'd love to give Mueller more power, NOT give it ALL to the HC like they did for O'saban Beenlyin.

Wayne is big on giving the Head Coach Gm control, the guy wayne hires to be the new head coach of this team may very well be offered the GM job as well. If that said coach doesnt want the GM control (Which almost all of them do...) then Mueller will stay as our GM.

I heard one of the CBS analysts (the GM of the Texans last year .. Casserly?) say that Wayne is looking to have a partnership with the GM and Head Coach. I think that's pretty much how the Patriots do it with Pioli and Belichick. I think Saban showed that he flat out doesn't have the time to do BOTH roles well.

They need to be able to get along ... maybe actually be friends and socialize and all that. Gotta have some give and take ... kind of like a marriage. Wayne could be the marriage counselor to make sure they stay happy campers. :D
