Help me through this cause i dont understand getting a good fullback if your gonna have a 2 RB set, i mean yeah there's injuries but how often does that happen to ricky or ronnie?. . . . . . . .

Considering the likelihood of Ricky being there?

That's why.

My bloddy eyes.

Ok, back to your question. We have two good RB's, but that doesn't mean that we will run a 2 RB set. We tried that last season and it didn't work too good for us. So pretty much Ronnie and Ricky just switches in and out for like every 2 series or something like that. Plus it doesn't hurt to have an extra blocker to help make some holes for the two.

the reason is because beasly is a fullback .and ricky&ronnie are running backs ,thats why

ricky will be back

The odds aren't very good, despite my hopes and what everyone else is posting on this and all other sites.

As far as I know, it makes no difference what drug Ricky was taking. Correct me if I'm wrong, but a violation is a violation, even if it's just for drug concealers. This would be 4, this would be a year's suspension, and then you've got a 30 year-old RB who's missed 2.5 of the last 3 seasons.

A great run-blocking fullback who can blow up a linebacker through the A gap is a running back's best friend.

don't let beasley full you tho, he's not a good as he once was. He had a particularly bad year last year. He was very unmotivated and gained weight. Nolan didn't want him back. And even we weren't all that interested in him either, but we got him for dirt cheap, so we took him.

What games were you watching last season? R&R were on the field together for only a handful of plays.

Our 2 rb set was horrible last year. Production wise it was ineffective. This year we won't waste so much time with it. Our running game flourished last year when we had a true fb in. It will be even better this year with a better fb.

DUH! thats y i said 2 RB!!!

Ricky and Ronnie (IF Ricky plays this year) will be in the same backfield very few times this year. It was VERY ineffective last year for D's knew that a pass was coming. I am hoping that with the trickery of M Mularkey that the two can be used a little more. Don't hold your breath, however. I see 95% of our 2 back sets having a FB in them this year. As for me...I have a simple solution. WISHBONE!!!
