Why Ben Mcadoo will get this job

I have said this in a comment earlier but i figured i would post it for all to see.

I know people who are very close to ben and have talked to him recently and he is very interested in the job, as long as Philben is stable i believe he's got the job, and i think its a great thing. Now before everyone gets worked up about him just being a QB coach think about it this way.

when Philben left he was supposed to be the "mastermind" behind the success of the packers offense, yet with Philben gone they have been just as good if not better, now granite they have Aaron Rodgers, but Ben was able to make Matt Flynn look good in his offense so i'm really excited to see what he can do with Tannehill.

It will be interesting. My hunch is that it's between McAdoo and Kyle Shanahan. McAdoo has the better immediate fit with Philbin but Shanahan has good experience and is escaping from the pure hell of working for his Dad, with a diva QB who has the ear of a meddling owner.

Yep and he also went public about how good Matt Flynn was when he became a FA. Rodgers seems like a good guy that supports his friends and coaches. I wouldn't be surprised if he tells Steven Spielberg that the guys who play Bears fans in the discount daable check commercials could be the next Johnny Depp.
