Ireland is a proud man, he is reaching for straws with Mckinnie but how can BM be any worse than Martin this season esp. as a run blocker...

Who knows why we traded for McKinnie but it shows a failure on two parts. Martin fail at LT and Clabo fail at RT. Now the replacement was replaced for his failure in Baltimore. So none of this is good news. Just trying to patch a huge hole with very leaky patches.
Our oline shows the biggest weakness of our GM but oh well its never his fault
No it's RT's fault
Of course not because RT should line up another 10 yards in backfield so it takes a whole 3 seconds for the defense to get to him. The qb takes some fault but we are replacing linemen because its thier fault. The coaches watch the tape , the linemen are not being replaced at thier positions because the qb is causing the sacks. Anyone thats blaming RT for all these sacks is really not watching the games. If you think RT is the problem you should be pulling for the coach to be fired because thats definately not how he is seeing it.
Not sure what problem a 34 year old Mckinnie could solve anymore esp since Baltimore gave up on him barely this far in season
McKinnie gave up a single sack through 5 games this season...Clabo never had a single game in which he did NOT allow a sack. McKinnie > Clabo is simple logic, regardless of the two playing on opposite sides of the line.

Where is the article? I would like to read that.Miami wasnt going to trade for Mckinnie IMHO. The media had even said that philbin said they werent looking to make a trade or change at O-line and that they were going to help Clabo with his technique because that was the problem. But then a report stated that Ross called Ireland and Philbin into his office and they left in shock. Couple of days later we trade for Mckinnie.
Seems like Philbin didnt want to make a trade, but the owner insisted, and the gm obliged in a last ditch effort to not be fired.
