Why didn't Parker play?

Was it to be safe or was he not ready? Anyone know?
 
I was listening to dolphins radio, and they said he was in for a few plays. I think right before/during the Matthews td. i'll watch the game after work tonight.
 
Parker is a rookie, based on how he played in his ONE preseason game it was a GOOD thing that he didn't see any action.

Too many things can go wrong if a WR makes a mistake.

Especially in a game like this with limited touches by the offense.
 
he was in there . . . . but lets face it, Rishard Matthews is a better player right now and Stills is our deep threat/speed guy. Parker will eventually be a beast, but he's not ready right now coming off injury.
 
Every WR who played before him did a good job today. He has scarcely even practiced. The team has rushed Albert back because there was nobody who could replace him. With the guys we have and a ready Hazel inactive, Parker is a luxury.

BTW, it was really great to see Matthews get the first RZ TD. Rishard is a guy who catches the ball better in traffic than not, and why he wasn't utilized more often in this role rather than guys like Hartline.
