Why do I predict a cleansing?

so no one is really talking about the d. i know it’s been suspect but they went up against a top 5 offense week 1. a mediocre offense week 2 and a new and improved offense week 3, which everyone thought would be way better then they are. the d did there job all 3 weeks. what’s not to say this is their coming out party making allen look like the turnover machine he was earlier against the jets!???!!?

If they press him (and we have the the guys to do it) he’ll **** up.

Phillips. Gink. Ogbah. Wilkins. Zach attack.

And panic.

And lose.

I expect no less.
 
It'll start off close...they'll have that home team fire....and then as the game goes on and they begin to get worn out and confused...uh-oh...the fans will be leaving early...

This week is a chance for the Dolphins to make a real statement (as if last week wasn’t enough of one). The difference is the level of competition that Buffalo brings to the table. I hope the Dolphins remember that the Bills were the first ones to hurt Tua last year. I hope the offensive line performs their best game yet. I hope they come out hungrier than ever to knock the Bills in the mouth.

I hope for a lopsided victory that reminds us of a prime Mike Tyson fight.

I hope to see a Dolphins’ offense that continues its momentum from last week, with tricks we haven’t seen before, and a defense that shows us what Fangio is all about, provides a blueprint for the rest of the league as to how to stop the Bills.

I hope to see an 100% injury free game, with neither team losing anyone to injury.

What I foresee is a game where two teams come prepared not for a battle, but for a war instead.

Watched a lotta football. Nowhere near Florida so a televised Miami game is a treat. Usually stuck with Minnesota, GB, Bears…

Yeah. It’s great 🤮

Caught the tail end of the original 72 boys. Then WoodStrock. Then some Pittsburgh kid showed up and shocked the whole damn house. And he was fun to watch.

But man, the boys we have now and the guy running them…..

Our line will kill for Tua. Last time we had 2 backs like these they had names like Kiick and Csonka. Wads and Reek look like faster Marks Brothers.

And our D hasn’t even begun to discover its potential….

Yeah, we likely aren’t scoring 70 points this weekend….

But for the first time in decades, I can say with confidence that we’ll win against one of the big boys.

Decisively.

Because we are now one of the biggest boys.

Nigh onto 50 years of Dolphins football, and I’ve NEVER felt this confidence.

My very first year as a Fins fan, I got to feel the sadness of "the sea of hands".... Crushing....I too feel like this is becoming something very different from what we have seen in quite some time.

How Daddy Tua has grown up. Salty Tua has something to say in every presser. I think his parents no longer tell him what not to say. His confidence has took a huge upturn.

Yeah I'm 47 and Marino and Marks brothers is why I became a fan.
 
When I first saw the schedule I thought a 2-2 start would be acceptable and to now have a chance to go 4-0 is great. Beating SD and NE on the road has to give the whole team confidence without mentioning the @$$ whippin' we gave the ponies last week. Now on to Barfalo. I expect a war out there this Sunday. The Jills won't roll over, they'll have to be rolled, and this is just the team to do it. I expect their D to be off balance all day, and us to make enough stops on D to get the W.

Hopefully but the odds are with the Bills imo. Even if I hope Miami prevails. Of course with the Eagles and KC on our schedule this would be just the first step. Right??

70 vs Broncos be damned. That was last week. This is this week. Can you imagine the Brady/Gronk/Welker confidence? Can you imagine the confidence those bozos had from game to game? Flicking next week’s opponent off your shoulder? Excepting playing us in Miami, of course.

Guess what? We really are THAT ****ING GOOD. We are ranked #1 RIGHT NOW!

That means we’re the best. And we are.

Next week, we’ll still be.

Loved the Shula and Marino years so it's easy for me to compare how good we are to most on this site. We have a lot to prove and find out. Looks promising.
