Why does Nick Yell at backups, but not..

"college coach mentality"
Yell at the "scrubs" and protect the stars, because they make up you're team, they are why people buy season tickets. Same way star college players are what makes a college team important. Saban does it in press conferences as well, he protects the stars and exposes the bums. The star players on this team have been playing just as poorly as the bums, a perfect example of that would be Chris Chambers. He's made some plays, but to be a star on this team he's dissappointing.
