You can't run on 2nd & 15 or 3rd & 10.

McDaniel isn't stupid and Tua doesn't suck. This OL sucks.

Against any kind of physical front there is very little time in the pocket and most of the runs get blown up leaving Miami in a lot of must-pass situations.

People are going to complain about the passes being off-target but ignore how much Tua is trying to avoid the rush as he's doing it.

McDaniel is indeed stupid…have you not seen how late he’s still getting plays in? Then just standing there with a stupid slack jaw face like he’s lost? He IS lost…and he sucks ass as an HC.

This team was NOT ready for this game, proven by 90% of the plays.

He’s a ****ing fraud.
 
McDaniel is a moron who can barely get a sentence out in a media session and can't get plays in on time.
 
The Dolphins have a lousy owner. Not in that he won't spend money. It's that he doesn't understand how to get good people to put together his team and to coach his team. Then, his money actually works against him, because he tries to take shortcuts to what he think will be wins and either picks up players who are bad fits or gets us in trouble with the league for tampering.

Our GM and scouting staff can't identify good coaches, linemen or linebackers. Our coaches are gimmicky instead of solid at the game. Too high a percentage of our players are happy to be living in Miami and getting well paid and just aren't tough by NFL standards.

This has been the Dolphin way even before Ross.

We have had zero running game tonight. Tua is leading rusher with 6yds. He’s missed 6 passes tonight. To blame Tua is foolish. This is entire team failure! McDaniel and Greer need to go

The team failed and so did Tua
He didn’t help himself before the half ended
GM sucks and I’ve said from day 1 that McD would suck

lets consider this the first round playoff loss we always have but with higher draft picks and what ever else
 
Years of bad picks, handing out huge contracts, promoting guys that have no business in their role (Grier - insert any HC since Saban), ownership that's more interested in developing real estate (been to the stadium lately), country club atmosphere, lack of discipline, not practicing hard.
 
This particular game:
Offense
: horrible presnap execution 1st quarter
: IOL cannot move the pile, this is death in goal-to-go
: no road grader at RB, why let Chris Brooks go?

Defense:
- soft AF, dunno what happened? Lots of those guys are from former cold weather teams and are ballers, but suddenly today they make JAGs look like Derrick Henry
- no 2nd pass rush option, Chop Robinson still has to prove himself against top OTs
- banged up CBs

Special Teams put us behind 8 ball

Thematically over McD/Tua era:
- system complexity
--- breaks down with any big disturbance: noise, cold, wind, pressure, physicality.
--- too complex to reliably execute over-and-over when they take away the big play. So we settle for field goals.
--- good luck finding any qb2 to do it decently
- lack of physicality at IOL and RB, at least one WR position
- not enough data on the defensive side yet to draw conclusions, seems like we have the personnel and coaching to do well but injuries are a big factor

Soft, soft, soft. It was pretty easy to see which team was more physical.

Just a lousy effort by Miami.
