why doesn't saban call his own plays?

im just wondering saban seems like a genius and he seems to know the game of football inside out why don't he maybe try calling his own plays.i know people say well he is defensive minded coach but we all know that defence wins championships we just have to be balanced in what we do.... :dolphins:

The more eyes the better thats why we hire a gm and all these other coaches so we can break players down to smaller groups and get more coaching. By calling the plays Saban may be hindered doing other things.

He just isn't an offensive coach. There is a reason why there are specialty coaches. By having Saban as our OC we would be putting ourselves at a great disadvantage because he just doesn't know offenses and playcalling the way a OC needs to.
