I'am surprised the Dolphins organization hasn't fired Dan Henning or Paul Pasqualoni, As the offense play calling was horrible and the defense, Im not going to even comment on them...:err:

They may or may not get fired, we shall see. Why hasn't anything happened yet? Probably because, like most NFL teams, they need to evaluate the staff first before making decisions. Head coaches usually get canned on Black Monday, but it can take days, sometimes weeks before coordinators and position coaches get pink slips. Sure, there are exceptions like the Bears and Giants doing it in the first two days, but it isn't always a fast process.

There were a lot of injuries on this team this season.

A lot of leaders were lost for the season.

J. Feguson, W. Allen, P. Cobbs, C. Pennington, R. Brown.

There were injuries as well.

J. Porter, J. Taylor, C. Crowder, J. Grove, J. Smiley.

How could you really say that the OC and DC should get fired? Is that really an honest evaluation when all these players got hurt?

Look around the league and all the teams that play well year in and year out are teams that have consistency on the offense and defense.

I don't know if our coordinators should take the blame.

I'm not so sure about it as some others are.

Go Fins!!!

because some on this forum think pasqualoni is the next bill arnsparger

remember...as soon as we lost Ferguson our run d went down the drain. The NT in a 3-4 defense is really important and may be the most important position in the 3-4.

I guess it depends on who they can get if Paul is fired. Romeo Crennel?

Because unlike some people here on the Finheaven our FO will actually take the time required to analyze the entire season including....Oh f*ck it who am I kidding. I am not gonna take the time nor mental energy required to rationalize this FO's decision making process to people who think they can run this team better themselves.

1st of all Henning will NEVER get fired he will "step down".
BP and all these guys have been friends longer than a lot of FH has been alive.
I doubt anyone gets fired except maybe the ST coach

We don't HAVE to fire them as soon as our season ends. Some are fired during the following season in fact.

Sure it is, if you actually look at much of the situational play calling. Blaming player personnel is a nice little cop out though.

Do you not remember even before these guy were lost for the season, this team started 0-3, Plus players run plays that are called from the OC and DC.
