Why I'm optimistic this year.

While I don't think that our record may neccessarily be better this year, but I expect our team to be better, not because of new signings in and of itself, but for the simple reason, that this is the first year we've ran the same Offense and Defense 2 years in a row..and if we get some players to help add to that.. that makes me optimistic that we can be good..

All the teams who's been consistent over the last 5 years also have run the same D and O over that time.. the pittsburgs, Indy's, pat's, SD, Panthers, Giants. philly, dallas, .. they allow they players to grow into those systems and the players start knowing what to do instantly because they don't change..

Definitely. It actually is nice to not worry about constant change for once and having the Phins need to learn new plays like they've had to the last couple of years.

I have fath in team Parcells & Ireland to upgrade the roster. We have cap space and we have 3 picks in the first two rounds. Plus how can you not be happy about how we added Wilson & Wake so far?

It's also going to be the first year in a very long time that there has been no QB controversy. Pennington starting Camp day 1 as the starter can only help the WR's/offense.

Wilson is a stud and I hope Wake balls hard next year.

I think we'll have a great team that will be in every game. We are building solid depth through the draft and keeping our own players. Can't wait for the draft, I hope we go Center, LB, d-line for 1 - 2a and add a wr, cb's and more o-line later. Parcells is doing a great job.
