Why is a Bills Fan / Obvious Troll Allowed to Post in the GDT?

Serious question, genuinely curious. The guy is obviously concern trolling in the gameday thread.

LOL, I could see why a Bills fan would hate Brady. They are 3-32 against him and have provided him the most wins any NFL team. More than 13% of Brady's regular season wins came against the once lowly Bills. That is a lot of losing.
