Why is Allen starting over Vontae?

I was wondering too...how bad could it have been that you intentionally put Allen out there?
 
The CBS announcers said it was a coaching decision not to start Davis but that he would play. Obviously we saw Jason Allen start the game, but Vontae is now back in. He must have did something during practice to warrant a punishment.
 
I'm guessing it might be something like Davis was late to practice. Not a huge problem, just stupidity.
 
Yeah and that is a BAD COACHING DECISION!!! The kid is coming off a game where he shut down the leagues most clutch QB against the best WR in the end zone and you bench him?!?!?!?! That is the type of play that boost the kid to the next level and our own damn coaches chop his legs out from underneath him!!! He Tony can we bench you for your BONEHEAD timeouts? Can we bench Henning for his retarded momentum killing point costing, game changing play calls?!?!?
 
It may have just been the scheme we put out there at first.

I guess discipline doesn't matter in your world.

A rookie get out of line, he suffers like anyone else. Didn't Porter miss a game due to discipline? Its not like Davis was inactive for the game, he just didn't start. Chop his legs out from underneath him huh?
 
Dam, I thought it was Smith that didnt start, that I could understand. What the hell man!??!?
