We have more or less the same players as last year and the new coaches were left with ( like some say in other sites ) A WET FIRECRACKER as a qb.

Nobody is going to fix this mess until ross sells team and we get new personel in every possible position.

So are you blaming the head coach, owner or QB?

I haven't been happy with his game management (he's had some really terrible penalty decisions)

The team also still looks like a clown show, but considering the team is full of clowns, I suppose that isn't much of a surprise.

I see people blaming gase and saying he stinks as a coach. He was left with a mess.

Nobody even wanted to coach the phins a few years back....It all starts with ross......Sell the team to somebody who cares please.

Scheme hasn't been impressive and they've made substantial blunders. But it was always to be expected. They're so inexperienced. Personally, I don't really give a **** about the coaching staff when the organization is this broken. We could resurrect Lombardi and he's not winning jack with Mikey Tbum running this team.

Telling gase to fix the phins, would be like like telling the new comander in chief of the USA to fix the mess in this country.

Belichick wouldnt fix the phins. We have New system and sucky players every other year.

The owner and qb stink.

Ross also hire celebrities to become partners of this team which is a distraction. Does he need any more money?

And hires so called friends who are not qualified to work in the staff.

Well, Gase has been successful at other teams. So he hasn't changed. Philbin tried t0 win with Tannehill and it didn't work. Gase isn't working with Ryan either. Maybe the common denominator is Tanny.

Maybe because with "more or less the same players" so far the team has looked Worse than last season... a lot of us weren't sure if that was possible, but Gase has proves us that it is. I certainly haven't given up on him yet, but let me ask you this... so far what has Gase shown you to make u think he will be a good coach for us?

And we also let go of our groomed players like miller or odrick............Im wondering if when landry becomes a free agent we will resign him to a long term deal. Will he even want to play for us.

I'm not even sure if you're serious here but if you think that Tannehill is to blame for everything then there must be some sort of personal vendetta against the man.

I dont think he can prove anything in 4 games. New system implemented, new coaches everywhere else. Its not that easy.

Maybe he could do something if we had a good QB that could make plays. But not even that.

You can't let Gase off the hook with what we have seen over the first four weeks. Players are still making the same boneheaded undisciplined mistakes (Fede hitting the punter for example) that comes down to coaching. I won't get started on the game planning and play calling. Sure he is learning how to be a head coach but for some to let him off the hook completely is ludicrous. I expect him to improve as the season progresses just like I expect the rest of the team to improve.

First, I think Gase will turn out to be a good coach and it's too early to judge his system. And he has some players who desperately need upgrading. However, some of the coaching calls have been questionable. Three games in a row he started out conservative and only opened up the O when he was out of options. That's on him. Brought in a DC and made a conscious effort to get him press corners - THEN watches as the corners play off, with the expected results. Yeah, blaming Gase for HIS mistakes is fair game. Yes, he's a virgin HC, but still fair game. Blaming him for poor talent is not fair game.
