why is everyone leaving?

I don't get what is with everyone trying to guess who will be drafted next year or which coach is going where and when.

If we get a good thing going our coaching staff will probably stay in place for some time. If a player is performing he will probably remain on the team unless they get greedy and demand too much money.

The system is what really makes players great, unless you have somoeone stellar like Moss, Williams, Walter peyton, or Jerry Rice. Most WR are fast with good hands, most O lineman are big strong and can block, most NFL RB's have at least some vision speed and power.

We have a good team and a good coaching staff right now, stop with the drama of signing so and so or how we are gonna lose what's making us great right now and breathe, enjoy the sweet smell of winning for a change.:)

I think the sweet smell of winning is the problem. Everyone thinks with the right tweaking that this team is something special. It just lacks one or two players to take us back to the superbowl. When fans see that trade ideais and draft wishes start to flood the site.
