Well let's start with the obvious, we can't run the ball! The OL is nowhere near NFL quality. 2nd on my list would be Special Teams. There is nothing special about them!
Now to get the root of the problem, is there a coincidence that two of DW cloney's were brought in replacing Beightol and Westhoff two coaches who are among the best in their fields.....
Now let's look at the players that Wanny brought in, Most if not all either played for him in the past so once again he went with players he knew and was confortable with instead getting the best player available.
IMO DW has stripped this team of it's identity and turned into a timid conservative replica of himself! Not sure if he has handcuffed Norv, but the offense is the worst in the NFL and hasn't done a thing to adjust to what teams are doing against them.
On special teams we know longer have playmakers that is evident when you see, Mc Drops and Simmons streaking down on punt coverage, neither is a sure fire tackler.
If DW had some balls, he would have have opened up positions and made this team realize that their jobs as well as his was on the line. The fact is that the players he has brought in aren't cutting it! Wade Smith & Donald Lee have some promise but the others have been flops.
