I have voice mails saved on my phone from years ago. Some are of my nephew when he first started talking and hilarious wrong numbers that leave messages.

If I had a harassing message, I would likely keep that also. Though I think I would do something with it right away and not 6 months or a year later.

I had an underling pull a knife on me once. If I had a picture, I would keep it. It would have saved ME from being accused of falsely accusing him.

He didn't handle it the right way, but until you've lived what he's been through, you really have no right to criticize how he reacted to a co-worker threatening him and calling him racial slurs.

That's what a lot of people would do, and is the only way to get a bully to stop bullying you. But it doesn't for one second excuse Incognito's behavior.
