Can any one tell me why Matt Flynn is so much better then Matt Moore or even Pat Delvin? Is he better then any free agents left or who Manning replaces? I don't feel a few go games make you must have Quarterback.

Why anytime the same question???
Okay once more the best answer:
Philbin knows Flynn after working 4 years with him better than almost anyother person. If he is high on him, there must be reasons for that.
Very easy.

None of us can tell...but if anyone knows, it's Joe Philbin. If he wasn't around, I'd say stay away from Flynn.

Matt Moore is a good back up, not an everyday starter, be real. How come some of you guys are fast to dismiss what Flynn did to a good Detroit Lions club? What did you see in Matt Moore that I missed last year? His arm is average at best and makes some questionable decisions...he did play better than Chad Henne which isn't that hard to do.

Matt Moore is better than Flynn. Flynn is the next over paid FA flop.

The thing is, how high is Philbin on Flynn? If he was really high on him I think we would have gotten him immediately and not taken any chances. Let's hope there more to this than familiarity. Also this has been a 2 teams market for his services, there are more than 2 teams that need a QB. Philbin better be sure he can win with Matt Flynn, his head coaching career will likely depend on it.

Matt Moore is nowhere near as good as Flynn and just as soon as the fish sign him you will be in for a real eye opener. Hopefully the deal is signed fast and the Dolphins can trade Moore for a bag of defective footballs and send them to Chicago. Maybe Denver signs Peyton Manning and cuts Tim Tebow and the Fins sign him to back up Flynn. I know it's FLYNNSANITY.

And for all, who will say now: But why was Philbin waiting first of Manning? Cause Manning would have been the Big Splash, which Ross wants. Nobody knows, if Philbin was high on Manning.

Matt Flynn wins starting job, Matt Moore is the back up. BOOK IT!

Lets evaluate. Matt Moore took over team at 0-3. Tebow took over broncos at 1-4. Dolphins have better offensive and defensive talent around Moore then Tebow. Morre has more experience then Tebow. Head to head tebow beats Moore in the final 2 minutes of the game after getting stopped the whole game. Moore leads his team to 6-10 record. Tebow leads his team to 8-8 and one playoff win. Tebow is better then Moore.

Bring on Flynn.

people keep talking about the games we won in the 2nd half of last year with Moore.....which teams did we beat that were so good?.....he's a back up......now Flynn might turn out to be no more than a good back up but he might turn out to be the real deal so I'd like to give him a chance. With Moore we already know that we won't with the superbowl with him so why not try someone else? The guy I do hope we get in the end is Tannehill who I think will be a great QB in due time.

Ozzy rules!!

Exactly, If Philbin was that high on Flynn he would have already raved or said something good about him

I wish the Fins would cut Pat Devlin just not to see his name in anymore posts.
