Why Mora if we need an offensive guru??

It seems if we hire Mora we will once again be a defense oriented team, and here I thought it was our offense that needed a major overhaul this offseason. If we hire Mora, who I like as a coach, then doesn't this mean our focus suddenly becomes whoever he brings in as OC??

Well Mora's actually had some expereince as a head coach. Hes been successful, as hes actually coached in an NFC championship game, so he obviously knows how to put a team together. he'd probably want to implement the west coast offense, which i guess i cant be too against anymore. Its not like anything else we've tried since marino has really worked.

No West Coast Offense that is just down right OFFENSIVE

We have no body that can catch (besides Welker) and the West Coast Offense is dependant on the catching of the football.

A coach from a defensive background doesn't mean there wouldn't be a good offense next year. The offensive direction would come more than likely come from the OC. If Mora would be willing to cut Mularkey and promote Garrett, we would all be looking back at this in a year or two as the day we started our return to glory, IMO.

Ive been saying this all day!!!
Our D is in good hands, we need attention in keeping our D off the field. We can be a competative team in 2007....no doubt. Lets try scoring points for a change. Marino won a couple games by scoring points. It also makes a game interesting to watch.

Haven't we learned our lesson? We had a college oriented coach bail on us to go to the little leagues, after lying saying that he would not. Now some people want a coach who is willing to bail on us to go to a university even if it means bailing during midseason?
