That guy is playing great. I think the only liability on defense right now is Booby McCain. On the other note, Patsy has no defense. No pass rush and a suspect secondary. But who needs defense when you got Brady.

Linebacker play has been respectable. Unfortunately the liability is the entire cornerbacking corps. The team will get eaten alive on days where the pass rush is lacking.

And I wish Booby McCain didn't make me laugh every time but it does. And he deserves to be laughed at.

Earl Mitchell was a Beast today also!

Is he starting? I love when this guy is on the field. He is always around the ball.

Hewitt is solid coming off the bench. I prefer having him in the game to Jenkins. The LB play overall has been a bit better on the streak. Only Alonso is worth spending any amount of money on though. That said I'm not opposed to keeping most of this unit intact at the right price if we can go out and get one really good to great LB either through the draft or FA to start alongside Alonso. I don't hate the idea of and of Hewitt, Jenkins, or Butler as reserves. Maybe Vigil. And yeah, it's nice they ended up with 3 of our 4 picks tonight, but I agree with the poster above. We still need LOTS of help at CB. Howard and Culliver will have a say in that of course.

Good player. Probably deserves to start

hopefully howard and cullliver will be able to contribute soon.

IMO our linebackers can't play Amy better than they are, coaching staff is doing An amazing job.

How About that blitz by Jenkins where he ran right through Gordon though? That was sick...

Where did that even come from?

o yeah that was epic.

I'd rotate he and Jenkins on the weak side until one emerged. Make them compete against each other for the spot.

Jenkins had a bad 1st half but looked great in the 2nd. That 2 year lingering ankle injury might finally be done with.

Both Jenkins and Hewitt played their best games yesterday. Both of the players were laying the wood on the Chargers. I have never seen Jenkins fly around like that and hit people that hard. So glad we came through with the W.
