I am still not sold on the secondary. I can't believe Mueller didn't draft at least one corner or safety. Is he blind and really believes the secondary is okay? Just look at the Pats receivers now, you need at least three good corners on your team that can cover.

Just relax, there are some free agents that will be getting cut from their present teams soon.

I dont have a problem with our cornerbacks. Will Allen was solid, so were Daniels and Goodman, not to mention Jason Aleen could be a nice suprise. my problem is with the safety position. Hill and Bell will probably start again next year, but who's behind them?Tillman? we know how that worked out last year

Will Allen is okay, but he is better suited to be the #2 cornerback. I think Travis Daniels is ideal for the nickel corner. But they still don't have that lockdown #1 type corner. I just hope Jason Allen can perform at corner like a first round pick should.

Yeah I was surprised no secondary draft picks.... not even a left tackle despite moving Carey to the left side will be his plan

perhaps we can afford to have a slightly weaker secondary considering the strength of the pass rush.

i started the same thread.
we need help at db if we wanna be able to cover the pats.
who's gonna cover moss.

We have consistently shown that we can play well against the Patsies, and we haven't had a great secondary for some time. The key to beating them is playing well against the run and putting tons of pressure on Brady. By adding some talent to the DL and LB positions, and with the options on blitzing Taylor, Thomas, Crowder, Porter, etc., we should be able to hit Brady enough take essentially remove any down-field threat that Moss or any other WR poses

yea, i dont know why we didnt draft any corners or safeties....our secondary is gonna get burned by the patriots now and it's too bad
