Why not Akin Ayodele?

Why haven't we heard anything about Akin Ayodele, the OLB for Jacksonville. he is very fast, tons of range, and good run support. Also 26 y.o., so still young.

I think he has alot of potential. Problem is, the Dolphins may have waited too long as I believe he is expected to be a Cowboy by nights end.

Adam Schefter, of the NFL Network, reports Dallas Cowboys LB Akin Ayodele signed a five-year, $17 million contract that included a $5 million signing bonus to join the Cowboys.

If this report is true, I hope we land one of these QB's. If not, I will be a tad bit upset. I was hoping we would make pushes for Ayodele and Bryant, but both have signed else where. Now we apparently are out of the running for Givens, so I don't think there are many more WR's we would consider "upgrades" left. Hopefully we can still be in the bidding for Mawae, Hartwig, Ashworth, Law, Peterson (just to name a few).

i like this guy too he's a great underrated linebacker out in Jacksonville but thats cuz he was overshadowed by Mike Peterson. Its not that we waited too long to sign him but he got released around the time we signed Hodge. I wouldve liked to sign him too he's probably a safer option but what's done is done i like Hodge too.

I can't believe how good of a deal the Cowboys got. They aren't even goign to be paying him 3 million a year. Does anyoen remember what Morlon Greenwood got, and he was trash compared to Akin.
