keep 4 qbs until we cut down to our final roster. If another qb goes down for another team, we could trade our odd man out.
Why not carry 4 qbs till final roster cuts?

Pennington gets the majority. He'll be our starter. Beck Henne and McCown can continue to practice with the second/ third teams. Yes, its a few less plays for beck and henne, but they aren't going to be expected to start day 1 anyway and will have plenty of practice improving their games after the final roster cuts and throughout the season. 1 major injury to pretty much any team's starter and McCown is going to become immmediate trade bait!
