Why not give Freeman a shot?

Because he is a cancer and a headcase. We aren't getting a camp body for development. We are getting a solid known commodity for an ultimate just in case.
 
Because as much of a terrible person as Greg Schiano is, he was right about Josh Freeman.
 
Kyle Orton is the guy I would look at. He may be older now but he was always a good back up QB. Decent starter for a few years
 
Even if he didn't have a drug an attitude problem, he would be terrible here. Josh Freeman played street football for Tampa. He would be even worse in a WCO where he actually had to focus and memorize a playbook.
 
That'd be like saying "Maybe I should jam my hand into this blender, you know, just to see what it's like."
 
Well on the bright side it would make it easier for Dion and Reshard to get their Addorall!
 
Freeman definitely has issues, its not about talent with him but if no other team wants to give him a shot not sure we should. Just like Tebow its not about talent but other mitigating factors
