Because Bill Parcells didn't really want him in Dallas when Owens was four years younger and had ruined the locker-room harmony of only two clubs, instead of the three he has now stained.

Because T.O. is 35 years old.
Because T.O. will want a fat contract.
Because the Bills gave him $6.5 million guaranteed, according to some reports.
Because T.O. is selfish rather than selfless.
Because Parcells likes selfless rather than selfish.
Because there is no South Florida bellman strong enough to carry all of T.O.'s baggage.

Because the Dolphins will try to find their No. 1 receiver in the NFL Draft.
Because the Dolphins have seen veteran receivers Marvin Harrison, T.J. Houshmandzadeh and Laveranues Coles come on the market this year and barely blinked at the idea of having interest.
Because T.O. had run-ins with Jeff Garcia.
And Donovan McNabb.
And Jason Witten.
And coaches on the Philadelphia staff.
And Parcells protégé Todd Haley.
Because T.O. had drama with Tony Romo.
And Parcells hates drama.

But the biggest reason the Dolphins did not sign Terrell Owens despite a glaring need and desire to upgrade the receiver corps? Because they are not stupid.

:lol: All great reasons! I can't believe some people actually thought bringing him here was a GOOD idea! I hope the Bills know what they're in for. Trent Edwards may end up dreading the day he joined the NFL by the middle of the season.
 
Don't forget he's got alligator arms, and how do you think he's gonna perform when 2 of the hardest hitting safeties in the league are gunning for him!?
 
it's yin and yang. any good yin he brings as a receiver has proven to be outbalanced by the negative yang he brings into the locker room. the toronto bills can have him.
 
We blew a 9 point lead on the road against you guys with Lee Evans and Josh Reed. You really mean to tell me you would rather be playing against TO than Josh Reed?

The thing you guys forget is it is a one year deal. He has to be on his best behavior or he is done in the NFL. It really is hard to see the downside of this. TO, especially in his first year with a team, makes offense better. our offense sucked and that's lost. Now we have a team that has a pro bowl LT, a pro bowl rb, a very solid #2 back, and 2 1,000 yard receivers.

But why get TO when you have Ted Ginn???

Which Ted Ginn was that the one who put up 175 on your sorry team. Go dig your car out of the snow bank that is Buffalo.
