Sounds like Flores didn't give his OC the latitude to grow into the new job like he did for himself.

Maybe. Maybe not. One on side at best you can say the OL was inconsistent and at worst awful so that has to be taken into consideration. But if it is deemed more mistakes that are being made are mental and they arent getting better you do have to look at the system in place.
