I am from the Toledo, Ohio area. This quote was in todays paper(Toledo Blade).

"I dont like baseball caps, because they're to easy to throw. I make bad decisions when I get angry."

Miami dolphins coach, Nick Saban


I guess the straw hat isnt easy to throw.:sidelol:

Haha, even if he tears up baseball caps, he can have the Dolphins organization buy him a new one and he can sell the shredded ones on eBay for loads of cash.
 
Bill Cowher was wearing a straw hat this TC. I wonder if Saban has started a trend
 
I recently saw a small video clip with Saban and the press was more interested in his stupid straw hat than they were the dolphins team.

Saban said something to the effect that when he was younger he as well as many assistant coaches either went without a hat or used a baseball cap and it seemed like he saw more and more cases of skin cancer each year. He decided it was in his best interest to find his ugly straw hat to give him more coverage from the sun.
