Why the Hate for Garrard right after Hard Knocks???

They didn't bring Garrard in to give Tannehill competition, they brought him in to give Matt Moore competition and this seems to be where some of the hate for Garrard comes from.

Garrard was signed five to six weeks BEFORE Tannehill was drafted.

I HOPE that's not it. My thoughts were that Philbin and Sherman decided they didn't like what they saw of Moore's background - at least in regards to how it fit the WCO. I bet if Moore had had a few years leading a WCO he might not be facing so much competition.
