Is Dallas Thomas better than Nate Garner? Why is he always the first guy off the nech when we've seen Garner fill in OK from time to time?

Thinking the same thing. I feel Garner is a better player
Well, at this point might as well find out what we have with Thomas. We already know Garner is a career back up.

Dallas Thomas is awful and cannot believe he keeps getting back into the line up. I like Garner it Fox in the short term and work Billy Turner in by December.
Listening to the interview with Lazor yesterday he said that Thomas had been working at RT a lot in practice and that Turner had been working almost exclusively at Guard...very little Tackle. Also, Turner's been hurt which has hurt his development.

Thomas gets beaten like a rented mule Thursday. Play Garner and work Turner overtime in practice to have him ready in December.

Hickey's next order of business.... FIND US TWO STARTING CALIBER GUARDS. MOVE POUNCY BACK TO CENTER Get Big Red Zone target TE And Replace Hartline with a Bigger 6'3 and up WR and and we make a SB run Next Season. This year it won't happen.
If you watch Garner play you know why Thomas comes in instead of him. He and Fox are wasted space on this roster. Watch New England play us, when they want to pressure us they come up the middle, right through the G position and have for years. Until we fix that problem we are what we thought we were, an 8-8 team.
I trust Benton's judgement, hard to argue with it.
Yesterday's practice update said he is getting closer so lets hope he can go.
