Not only did Ginn have a break out game I saww him smile for the first time. He realized that football is a game and is fun. I loved watching him have a good time out there and maybe this is just the begining of a good career.... The only bad I see is now team will focus on shutting him down and we will have to see how he hadles this, but if the focus on him I think we can expect big things from our TE's..... Congrats GINN.............

GO FINS

i just hope Penningtons soft throws don't get him killed. For half the passes yesterday he had to go up and get the ball and leave himself completely open for some shots.

I realize this is the nature of the position, but some of the passes just took to long to get to him or were lobbed for no reason.

I still havent given up on Ginn. I believed after the draft (and still do) that if he's used correctly, he could be a gamebreaker that they sorely need! He has alot of potential do huge things for us in many facets of the game. The speed and hands that he has are big time! Just gotta get him in positions to succeed. I know it doesnt help that the qb has a weak arm......

Yea.. like every other QB/WR tandem in the league!:rolleyes2:

I can't wait until Henne is ready to play in another year or 2. The first pass of the day yesterday that Ginn caught would have been a TD if Pennington had a stronger arm. He had beaten his man and had pay dirt in front of him. I love the way Pennington is playing for us and am very grateful, but his arm strength takes the downfield out of the equation. Right now opposing team defenses don't have to prepare for a pass play over 20 yards, they just have to worry about the wildcat.

But we're getting there. Just heard on Colin Cowherd's radio show that he thinks we're a Parcells draft and a few good free agents away from being a playoff team. Granted that Cowherd is a blowhard, but its good to get good press for a change.

When Ginn caught that 1st pass I thought to my self if that was Marino that would be 6 points, but we have a QB now that can keep us in every game and we will get better.....

no, most QBs have an arm to hit a wr in the numbers. If Ginn was jumping up for jump balls, then fine. but he was jumping up to catch 12-15 yarders. those passes need to drill the wr in the gut, not float to him.

I still think we need a big possession receiver to play opposite of him. Camarillo and Bess will eat up the slot.
