Why put yourself through the torture and waste a Sunday?

What is the incentive to go through all the misery? Or is the preemptive aspect of "hope" the real incentive?

Also, I do understand that diehard fans will watch win or lose, but could a poorly attended stadium drive Ross to make a coaching move sooner than later?

I'm not. I woke up around 8am this morning for unrelated reasons, and then in the car, I didn't turn on the radio. And now that I got home, I haven't turned on the game. I checked the score, laughed out loud, and here I am. The television is currently turned off.

My Sundays are more valuable than a bad football team that doesn't even care. I'm listening to a collection of live shows by Mark Knopfler (of Dire Straits fame).

I might tune in if Joe gets canned, just to see if they come out with some fire or passion, or something. But not until then.

I woke up hungover this morning to discover that a power outage had fried my cable box. Instead of going somewhere else to watch the game like I would have before this team finally broke me, I simply went back to ****ing bed. Woke up 11:30, checked the scored, LOLed, and found a stream just to laugh at this ****.

I watched every game of the 1-15 season. Never considered not. That team, for all its injuries and lack of talent, had some ****ing pride. This team doesnt have any. I feel no need to watch. The 1-15 team was far more watchable and you actually wanted to get behind those guys.

I hear ya J. Me too, I saw the box score and laughed. I'm so glad I didn't watch the game today.

Enjoyed that video: very transporting lyric and melody. Thanks for sharing!

Hehe, similarly had to laugh as well at the box score.

Hard to argue with that. The 1-15 team did seem to play with much more heart.

Well, I typically ride my stationary bike while I watch, and it makes the time fly. Although, with this team, I feel like I'm on that bike forever.
