today our D held one of the best RB's in the league to well under 100 yards, which was pretty amazin considerin our pro bowl MLB wasnt playin. If the D carries over to next week hopefully we can stop the best RB in the league and force Brees to beat us, our secondary isnt great but neither are the chargers receivers. I just hope Channing can contain Gates, i know it sounds kinda crazy :goof: :goof: :goof: but i think if we win this game we will win the rest of our games

You can't be talking about McGahee? :mg: :sidelol: :sidelol: :sidelol:

yea but SD is on a roll and they need to basically win out also because they are in a dog figt for their playoff lives... if sage starts and Linehan doesnt protect him by running 30+ times it could get ugly quick... SD gets after the QB and Gates is a big mistmatch for us... we need a big special teams play or defensive play to either directly score or put us in a great situation to score a TD to win the game IMO... prove me wrong FINS

if we fall behind again we'll lose next week...we're not plahing the bills and we're not playing at home. The main things is gonna be not to give up big plays and not to turn the ball over.

Ozzy rules!!

We should be happy because we could have folded like a chair after that 1st quarter but we didn't! Under Wanny, we would have!!

Does anyone know it Zach is playing next week? Im not sure on his injury status

Its a big game and If I know Zach he will play though....

If we shut down LT I think we have a really good chance to win

I think the sad aspect of us winning is everyone is talking about Chambers and Sage (me included) but IMO our defense won the game for us in the second half

Difference being that the San Diego Ofensive Line is light years better than the Bills' line. So Brees will have more time to look for Gates, and LT will have more holes to run through. McGahee is a good RB but he is no LT, not in the long run, LT is in a class by himself (well, and you are going to smoke me for this, but maybe only in the same class as Tiki Barber right now, barber has got to be the most underrated runningback out there)

Tiki is a good close one but he lacks the speed to break away from defenders. I've watched numerous Giants games in which he would be gone but he always seemed to get caught. I think LT right now IS in a class of his own, he is THE playmaker in the NFL.

I am pretty sure McGahee said he was the BEST running back in the
league a few weeks ago.

this will be a very interesting game. they can't let the bolts get any kind of substantial lead though
