Sparano says that when Henne comes out it affords them time to discuss what the defense is doing and to script the next 2 plays

I love this, it is a great thing for a young QB to have
 
I agree. It outweighs the negative of coming out and losing rhythm. In a way it almost feels like cheating! (can't wait 'til Jets fans use this as an excuse for Henne's success)

yeah, i heard this today on mandich's show and i must say that i agree. i don't like that it takes henne out of rhythm, but it does provide some benefit.
 
Robots don't need rhythm anyways. Rhythm is a useless human construct, like emotions, dreams, or fears.
 
One of the biggest benefits is it puts a 180lb CB having to tackle a 230lb running back. After a while, they aren't they same player they were when the game started. Our running game, and conversely, our passing game is better.
