Due to the use of the "Wildcat" now being widespread across the league, do you think we will see the formation in Madden next year? I believe it was in Arkansas Playbook for NCAA with Darren and Felix.

I can see me getting absolutely furious at my friends because it will most likely be unstoppable on defense, if they put tons of variations in on the formation.

I mean "If its in the game, its in the game"

Just thought it was an interesting question.

I def think it should be in the dolphins Playbook. When the Gay-triots was doing all there 5 wide formation. All of them are in madden now. So why not the Wild Cat

They already said it would create an unfair advantage head to head, so I doubt it.

Also this should be in the Madden gaming forum.

They should put it in, it'd be pretty simple for the 'Phins. Just use Ronnie as the "QB" and Ricky as the "Z receiver." Everything else would be pretty normal.

My bad about the forum placement. I had no idea there was a madden gaming forum. I bookmark directly to this page.

But ignorance is not an excuse. If an admin feels the needs to slap this thread somewhere else, or to vicously make fun of me, I understand.

Actually if you use "Head Coach" you can run the WILDCAT formation now!!! My bro s/n : WelcomeBack did it already. Let me see if I can get him to post a video... You guys would love it

The only problem is that I can't make the exact Wildcat Formation. Making Ricky the receiver and sending him in motion to take the handoff. I can't do that on this one. So I lined up Ronnie at QB and Ricky next to him. I'll try to get a video eventually, but it's similar to the one posted already.

It could be a fun and realistic addition to the Madden series. Find it difficult to see why it would not be with, now that up to several teams have small packets of the formation into their playbook.

Wildcat is here to stay, so they better get used to it now than later.

I promise you it wouldnt create any unfair advantage.

I'll go so far as to say that its more "unfair" in real life because of human error.

You'd probably see more success with the wildcat in real life than you would on that video game.

ok if you have NFL Head Coach u can create some of your own Wild Cat plays. I have about ten of them and most often they result in TDs. I used this website as a guide in creating my formations

Just remember you are going to want to call an audible out of the passing plays cause there is a glitch that prevents your QB (Ronnie) from running instead of throwing.

also, i recommend you go to edit existing plays in the tampa bay playbook. there is this play called HB pass. i changed the qb to ronnie, the hb to pennington and the wr to cobbs. its almost just like the texans game! i also recommend the qb draws and rb option plays. also, try some short passes with ronnie, like i have a player where cobbs and ricky are on both sides of brown and they run straight for the sidelines. just dump it off to them and its usually a good first down play. its a lot of fun, but unfortunnally created plays only work offline. look up on google how to import head coach plays onto madden if ure unsure.
