Funny stuff!!!
Why is it clear to you that Miami is letting Gesicki walk? I think that there is an excellent chance that he signs a new contract with the team (and yes, it will be for big $). We will have the cap space and Big Mike has shown that he is a key contributor for the team. Meanwhile, the much touted Hunter Long has shown us absolutely zilch as a rookie.Excited for his future. With the emergence of Wilkins and Hunt, it’s pretty clear tight end is set and they’ll be letting Gesicki walk this free agency
I think he was being facetious... talking about Hunt and Wilkins being able to make plays like a Tight End.Why is it clear to you that Miami is letting Gesicki walk? I like Gesicki, but I don't think I want them to give him big money. Good money for a TE, maybe. Good money for a WR, hell no. I'd be okay with something like 11/12 a year. We just gave Fuller 2.5 million per catch. I don't think Gesicki deserves to make as much as Kelce though. Why is it clear to you that Miami is letting Gesicki walk? As far as Hunter Long is concerned, he's a rookie, and actual TEs usually don't put up big numbers as a rookie. At least the kid can block. Gesicki is purely a receiving TE, and he had 200 yards his rookie season, playing in all 16 games.
