Just a fan...
That being said he has a point. Everyone looks good now. Minicamp studs can morph into ineffective players (see: Hagan). Let's see what happens when the hitting starts. He also knows his replacement may be in the building.

Will Allen is a good player and I think we will bring him back who doesnt want 3 good corners? half the time you have to go nickle anyway especially against the Pats and other passing teams. Allen might not be a top corner but he's a very good #2 corner who has been trying to play against #1s

i disagree that he is trying to sound ****y... he's telling the truth right now. its true, when those pads go on, when it become physical for all... the speed changes, the quickness changes, and the game changes for some people... its a different story soetimes..... Will Allen has been a solid CB for us, and wit the youth movement, yes his time may be coming short, but he stil is a solid CB for us when he is here for us, and hopefully into the future whatever his role may become.
Allen is a hard worker and willing to help others out, he is not a bad peson

Not sure what all the hate towards Allen is on here. He's been very solid for us. That being said, Allen is just stating facts. Just because you look great in camp, doesn't mean you will be great in real games..

Why woud we not resign him???? so we can lose a above average CB for absoulutley nothing...nope BUDDY he'll be here in 2010 as well he will be a legendary #3 CB :rimshot:

Top CB by default, but not for very long. I have stated many times in many threads why i cant stand him. He is average at best maybe. I just dont see what all of you see that say "he has been a very good Cb for us" why? I just dont see it.
