He hasn't a leg........oops er ah, a knee to stand on.

The Dolphins haven't locked him out, just wouldn't participate in some drills. He will not win.

Just curious. Did I read somewhere how the doctors said he wasn't able to practice?

daunte hasn't been barred from practice.. a team has the perogative to have a player participate in all drills or not... if they told daunte to sit on the sidelines and chew gum.. it's within their right.. they dont HAVE to let him take ANY snaps...they MUST allow him access to the facilities, and to get in shape..

Daunte is just trying to screw the Dolphins... like the little suck he is. He got paid GOOD to rehab.. he should now shut up and go away.. where we tell him to.

Legally, there's no way they are going to be able to say "how" he is to be used in practice, as there will be countless other suits by players who say they are not being used correctly in practice (if he were to win on that). The most he could hope to accomplish is to be able to attend the practices. He's already allowed to work out at the facilities, but was he allowed to attend the practices ? If not, then have him sit on the sidelines and pedal his stationary bike some more until we trade him.

I don't think he'll win.. at least I hope he doesn't... I want draft pick compensation for the man.

He can already do this and more. He can work in indivdual drills even...ON THE FIELD. He is only being held out of team drills. This has to be a coach's perogative or the whole of the NFL practices will become chaos with players filing gievences right & left.

The Dolphins are trying to "have their cake and eat it to". This time they will choke. The NFLPA took the case because they believe they will win. The Dolphins should have been fair and cut Daunte once he stopped a trade.
