I will probably get laughed at but I think David Boston CAN stay healthy for an entire season. Bad Luck only runs so far. I hope he gets one more shot with the team and if he is healthy he could be a major contributer. He is a monster when he plays at full speed.

I agree. We are paying him the league minimum anyway so we won't be loosing much. Plus he showed that he wanted to be a part of the team before he got hurt. He was showing great improvement and never gave Saban any problems.

bad luck may only run so far but so will bad knees.

Really? When was the last time he was a monster on the field?? I doubt he will ever be at full speed again, and even if he does get back to it....how long will it last before the next injury?
He isn't worth the minimum IMO at this point.

Boston hasn't done anything worth mentioning since his days in Arizona. He's had one solid season since then. He can't stay healthy, his speed has diminished, and his attitude still sucks....

A waste of a roster spot is all he amounts to these days.....

PHINZ RULE!!!

At this point I have serious doubts as to whether he'll ever be the same again even without another injury. He wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire before the last injury. I don't know how long it takes to recover from a torn patella tendon, but he had a year and clearly didn't have the same speed.

Its a shame, he used to be a great talent.

But we don't need him as a deep threat. That's why we go Chambers and Booker. He can be more of a pattern reciever. 5-10 ypc would be good enough coming out the slot.

I think maybe subconsciously I just want ONE trade (Jamar Fletcher and our 6th round pick) that Rick Spielman made turn out positive for us. I can not think of any trades that he made that turned out in our favor. Can anyone?

IMO, Im sick of all the hype and no action. Two seasons and nothing really worth mentioning about him.

I think David Boston at the league minimum, assuming he will get medical clearance from our doctors to play, would better than a 7th round WR long shot draft pick taking up a roster space.

Boston has been a huge disappointment so far. I don't think the team will waste time or a roster spot on an injury ridden WR. See ya Dave.
