I can't seem to find this information anywhere. It seems like last year the Dolphins used him there out of necessity, but kept looking for someone to replace him on special teams. What is the plan for this season? Will Ginn be the primary return man?

WOW, somebody hasn't been paying attention. I don't think so, they are having him focus more on being a wide reciever. As to who is going to be returning kickoffs, that is still up in the air. Hartline or cobbs would be my guess.

Man i was kind of being a d**k, sorry man

well if Ginn isnt returning kicks then thats jusst retarded in my eyes the man can flat out return any kick did people not watch the rookie season he returned 4! and those penalties had no effect in my eyes the man can return plain and simple

I honestly like Cobbs there, he has the least true value (as good as he is to this team), as bess or ginn.

I like Ginn as kick returner and Bess as punt.

But depending on how many touches Ginn is going to get as a WR, I could see them go with Cobbs or Hartline as KR.

I'd like to think Ginn could do it, but I think that'll be more determined by certain situations in the game. Cobbs was pretty steady late last season. I think Bess will be the punt returner for sure; sure hands, good quickness in the phone booth, etc.

With the new no-wedge rule, I wonder how much Sparano will risk Ginn as the chances of him getting blown up have increased with the rules. The flip-side being that teams must have more lane responsibility, and if Ginn finds a seam - well, we know what he does best.

Ginn is probably our best kickoff returner at this point, but Cobbs will probably do it instead so Ginn can focus on being a #1 wideout. I don't think Ginn has done any returning this year.

i say they will get a player who gets cut toward the end of preaseason

from my understanding ginn will be the KR. i know he hasnt been there in the preseason but it is preseason. i also read today where hilliard may get a shot this week to see what he can do back there. come season time im thinkin ginn will be the primary returner but also being relieved by cobbs depending the sitiuation. bess and hartline will be PR i think.

I don't think they'll take a chance with Ginn returning unless it's needed...he definitely gives you a better chance of taking it to the house but not at the risk of getting him unnecessarily injured, especially without the wedge.

My bet is on Cobbs - he looked pretty good returning kicks last season.

I think Lex could be a great KR . . . man who the hell wants to tackle a 240 pounder with 4.5/4.6 speed running downhill. Would scare the **** out of me.

Cam Wake is 260 and has comparable speed. i doubt he'd be scared of a returner of Hilliard's calibre. there's plenty of big guys in this league who can run.

cobbs will be the returner, bess the punt returner...

there is no way ginn will be returning, way too risky

Ginn will return everything in the 4th quarter when we trail. The rest will go to Cobbs on KR and Bess on PR IMO.
