All the evidence suggests he should be fired but I'd put about a 20% probability on it. I really hope Ross did not blow his wad after the New England win and promise everybody their jobs next year.

I think firing Ireland is justified after spending all of that money and NOT making the playoffs. Ireland went all in and his gamble didn;t pay off

Don't count on Ireland being fired. I'll be surprised if Ross does what needs to be done and gut the organization correctly this time. He didn't do it 2 years ago when he had the chance and I have no faith he'll do it this time either.
